Sales Account Manager

Position description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated candidate with an independent and pro-active work style to join our company. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in an internationally operating company, then we want to work with you. You will assume an inside sales position in line with the company's sales and marketing policies.

In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have good multitasking and organizational abilities, be curious and willing to learn. The successful candidate will have the ability to quickly integrate main technical aspects linked to digital TV broadcast and reception.


Responsibilities


Responsible for an assigned customer portfolio:
  • Mainly but not only for Specialized Consumer Electronic Distribution
  • Manage daily tasks and enhance customer satisfaction with complete relationship management
  • Reach sales and gross margin targets set for your customers’ portfolio
  • Report regularly on situation with customers and deliver regular and precise sales forecasts

 

Converting pre-qualified sales leads and generate new business:
  • Using Market research and regular analysis of customer portfolio, assess new market potential and convert into sales
  • Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities with existing customers and new prospects

Prospection and generate new business:

  • Market research, generating and qualifying new leads and opportunities
  • Regular analysis of customer portfolio, drawing conclusions
  • Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities with existing customers and new prospects

Administrative support
  • Process orders in our ERP (SAP Business One) and follow up on customer issues
  • Work closely with all members of the sales team, as well as company wide, on assigned projects
  • Assist in preparing bids for RFIs and RFQs
  • Handle cross-department tasks on demand and support the sales teams activities


Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  • relevant BA/BSc equivalent degree or completed commercial training
  • Candidates should be fluent in English (spoken and written). German and/or French highly desired, any other
  • language is an advantage

Good knowledge in:
  • MS Office and CRM/ERP applications, experience with SAP Business One is an advantage
  • Be familiar with standard Shipping (Incoterms) and payment terms/tools

Work experience:
  • Experience in Sales is desired
  • Experience in the Broadcast or Broadband market is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends, research and evaluate competitors’ marketing.
  • Design and present new online campaign/ trade press ideas and tools.
  • Develop Inverto’s brand awareness and monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
  • Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email or online campaigns.


Requirements:

Senior web application software engineer
Position title: Senior web application software engineer

Position description:
Owns the entire software development process for the company’s airscreen Live project. Maintain, improve, develop and test new code for the product. You will be part of the software team and will be working on all aspects of the software development activities including software requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, integration and releases. You will be responsible for making the choices for applicable software design technologies, development and testing tools as well as deployment tools. You will take part in scoping new releases and contribute to UI/UX design and implementation, prepare POC and demo setups for customers and partners and provide technical expertise on the product to other internal teams where needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in C/C++/C#
  • Proficient in Javascript/CSS/HTML
  • Knowledge of NuxtJS/VueJS or another JavaScript framework e.g. React, AngularJS
  • Familiar with cloud servers, containers (Docker), container orchestration and CI/CD tools
  • Good knowledge of Linux
  • Good knowledge of IP Network, UDP and multicast is mandatory
  • Knowledge of DVB protocols, Linux DVB API is a strong advantage

 

Profile and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in senior software development positions.
  • Experience in developing web applications with ABR video streaming technologies and UI.
  • Good writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Languages: English is mandatory. Additional European language is an advantage.
  • BSc / MSc in Software Engineering or Computer Science.

Consultant for Business Development South East Asia
Position title: Consultant for Business Development South East Asia

Position description:

Scope and your responsabilties

  • Ensure Business Development, Sales and promotion services in South East Asia
  • Explore business opportunities primarily in the countries of South East Asia compromising but not limited to Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and The Philippines.
  • Development, marketing, sales and distribution of reception and streaming prodcuts for Digital Video Broadcast (DVB) and Internet Protocol (IP) television services.
  • Presenting Inverto's products to prospects and customers in particular DTH operators and broadcast/PayTV equipment resellers, system integrators and distributors.
  • Establishing a list of all possible targets, with identified key executives (at decision making level) and organize meetings as needed
  • Gathering detailed market information on the DTH operators, distributors, resellers and systems integrators in the region
  • Delivering or dispatching of trial product for demonstration purposes
  • Supporting test campaigns as well as field event such as seminars or workshops
  • Providing Inverto with a weekly report of the activities undertaken, contacts made and sales leads categorized by level of probability and/or closing date
  • Convey customer requirements to Inverto's Product Management.
  • Travel throughout the sales territory.

 

Position requirments

  • Speaking at least two of the languages spoken in the sales territory
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven track records in dealing with major DTH operators
  • Experience in negotiating contracts with prospects/customers. High negotiation skills
  • Experience in the sales territory 
  • Project management competence in a sales environment.
  • Business view on project process and ability to generate new customers.
